How can I return an item to you?

This is simple. You can return items ordered from us within 30 days of you receiving them by sending these to:

You can use the return shipping label enclosed with your order, or you can print the label yourself from your customer account page.

Please be aware that we can only accept the return of unused products. All returned products must be returned in their original condition, intact and undamaged, and in its original packaging. As soon as we have received your returned item, we will notify you.

We advise you to send items you wish to return via a ‘Track & Trace’ system.

 

How do I get a refund?

We will pay any refunds within 2 – 3 business days after we have received your returned items  in accordance with our return policy.

We pay any refunds automatically to the account you used for your payment. If you paid by credit card, the refund will be sent to your credit card account. If you used a gift voucher for your purchase, we will credit the relevant amount to your gift voucher account. We will not provide a refund by cash or check. Shipping costs paid are non-refundable. In case of any return shipment, the return costs are for the purchaser.
